A sore body today, is a a strong body tomorrow.
Last week, was my hardest week. I was able to get back into a rhythm with training. I did all sorts of training from Tone House, BJJ, Wrestling, MMA Sparring, Barry's Bootcamp, running to the train-station (does that ever count?), shadowboxing, padwork, bagwork, adventerous walks with my boyfriend, and sparring clients.
I was so FREAKING sore. My body felt like it got hit by a car! On Thursday, I let my almost broken body take a rest day. I spent the rest of the weekend doing light workouts to recover faster. I lost a total of 4 pounds - now my goal is to lose another 4 pounds this week!
